Role Description
We are currently seeking suitably experienced Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our team on a casual basis.
You will be responsible for the provision of patient, client and resident focused nursing care, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Our wonderful team pride themselves on offering collaborative and compassionate care with an emphasis on patient experience. We have a focus on constant professional development, encourage all staff to up-skill, and stay abreast of latest research and best practice. You will be part of an exceptional multi-disciplinary team who provide exceptional care to patients and make coming to work each day an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
About you
As the successful applicant you will:
- Have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Nursing with Medication Endorsement
- Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and excellent clinical skills,
- Provide evidence based, high quality care to patients.
- Deliver person-centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with Heathcote Health requirements
