About the Role
We're seeking a reliable and experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team for upcoming residential and commercial projects across Sydney, including off-form work.
In this role, you'll be responsible for setting out, constructing, and stripping formwork in line with engineering and quality standards. You'll need to be confident reading and interpreting plans, have a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out concrete and formwork tasks with skill, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Interpret and apply construction plans to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage daily schedules and follow all safety procedures to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, providing regular progress updates and highlighting any issues on site.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience in formwork carpentry.
- Demonstrated expertise in residential and commercial formwork and concrete works.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of steel fixing and concreting techniques.
- Australian work authorisation required.
