MTE has the capability and capacity to deliver turn-key solutions at scale with facilities in Edinburgh & Roxby Downs, South Australia. This includes the provision of engineered products from design drawings, manufacture & fabrication, surface treatment and QA/QC and the provision of end-to-end services spanning design, manufacture, fabrication, construction, installation and on-site commissioning.

The Role:

We are looking for Boilermaker's with the following to be based in Olympic Dam for our site and Workshop requirements.

  • Trade qualified and able to weld Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel.
  • Able to use GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, MMAW in positional welding.
  • Experience in plate & pipe welding
  • Understand, read and interpret drawings
  • Ability to follow process & procedures
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment
  • Highly desired to have AS1796 tickets
  • Working at heights within 5 years
  • Confined space entry within 5 years
  • Please note - you MUST have the ability to pass a weld test prior to commencing
  • Must have high risk EWP above 11 meters
  • White Card
