THE ROLE

As our Senior Dog Groomer, you'll:

• Deliver 6+ quality full grooms daily across all breeds

• Create beautiful, breed-specific styles to professional standards

• Mentor and guide junior team members

• Build strong relationships with clients and their pets, have excellent dog handling skills

• Maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment

• Handle the natural flow and fluctuations of busy periods with professionalism

WHAT YOU BRING

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years professional grooming experience

• Confidence with all breeds and coat types

• Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards

• Strong leadership qualities — reliable, supportive, and professional

• Positive, calm, and resilient under pressure

• Mature approach to handling busy periods and challenging situations

• Full-time availability (5 days per week)

Desirable:

• Your own professional grooming tools (as is industry standard)

• Experience training or supporting other groomers

• Certificate III in Pet Grooming

• • Portfolio showcasing your best work
