Restaurant Team Member – NeNe Chicken Altona North

Location: Millers Junction Village, Altona North

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Restaurant Team Members to join our fast-paced team at NeNe Chicken Altona North

As a front-line member of our restaurant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service while working efficiently with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Process and pack food orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and the overall restaurant area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene practices
  • Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, friendly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment
  • Previous cooking or fast-food experience is preferred but not essential
  • Must have valid work authorisation in Australia

Shifts & Schedule:

  • 5 to 10-hour shifts
  • Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • Rotating rosters
  • Weekday and weekend availability required
