Your opportunity

  • The Nursing Director – Medical and Renal is a nursing leadership and management position, accountable for operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services within the Bundaberg Hospital and Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) specifically Acute Medical and Renal services.
  • The Nursing Director is also accountable at an expert professional and leadership level for the delivery of high quality, evidence-informed nursing standards within the WBHHS.
  • To lead the ongoing design, planning, development, implementation and management of the service, providing high level advice to other Nursing Directors and executive team.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $198,959 p.a., comprising salary of $174,378 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 11) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
