- Create impact. Create legacy
The opportunity to join our team
We're building something big. Our Customer Technology stack sits at the heart of a major transformation, and we need a Portfolio Delivery Lead who can turn vision into outcomes. With a clean slate in front of you, you'll set the pace, establish the frameworks, and lead delivery across a portfolio that touches every corner of customer tech.
This is your opportunity to be the go-to person who makes complex things move - and keeps them moving. If you thrive in build phases, love creating structure from the ground up, and want to leave a lasting mark on how millions of customers experience our brand, this is it.
You'll bring momentum, clarity and discipline to the way we deliver - partnering with solution designers, product owners, marketers, engineers and data experts to ensure every initiative lands real value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of our Customer Technology strategy from roadmap planning through to execution, optimisation and BAU
- Lead cross-functional squads across Experience, Data & Personalisation, Campaign & Automation, Analytics & Optimisation, Platform & DevOps
- Stand up frameworks, cadences and governance that drive visibility, accountability and velocity
- Manage capacity planning, forecasting and resource allocation to make sure delivery runs smooth
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritise roadmaps and ensure tough conversations land well
- Drive engagement with vendors and partners, holding them accountable for outcomes
- Track delivery KPIs, velocity, quality, adoption, ROI, and report back with clarity and confidence
What You Will Bring
You know how to take complexity and make it simple. You're confident influencing stakeholders—even when the conversations are tough. And you thrive in transformation environments where structure needs to be built from the ground up.
Key Skills Include
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital/MarTech transformations and multiple agile squads
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, SFMC, AWS/GCP, iPaaS)
- Fluency in agile delivery, DevOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC
- Expertise in resource forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery tooling (JIRA Cloud, Confluence)
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and balance strategy with execution
- Drive to establish structure, governance, and rhythm from a clean slate
