Your opportunity
As the Manager Organisational Development, Roma Western Qld, you will provide expert consultancy and advice to SWHHS Executive Leadership Team and Senior Managers on priority initiatives, including strategic workforce planning, organisational change management, workforce development, succession planning, strategic human resource management, workforce engagement and health, safety and wellbeing. Additionally, you will provide oversight and leadership for the learning management system and programs supporting work experience and traineeships.
Flexible remote work arrangements maybe considered for this role. The successful applicant is required to travel to South West Hospital and Health Service a minimum of twice a year with one trip to be at the employees expense.
