About the Role:

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses/Midwives to deliver high-quality nursing care. You will assist in implementing nursing care plans, support general and specialised procedures, and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the healthcare team. Your ability to plan and prioritize your workload will be essential in achieving defined outcomes.

Bordertown Memorial Hospital provides accident and emergency services, medical and day surgery, residential aged care services, palliative care, x-ray and extended care services. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the provision of professional nursing care as per established care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement appropriate nursing care and assist with various procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, providing verbal and documented information.
• Exercise judgment to address and solve problems in your work area.

What We're Looking For:

• Current enrolment or eligibility for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, along with a current practicing certificate.
• Experience in providing nursing care within the boundaries of your education and skill preparation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Ability to plan and prioritize your workload efficiently.
