About the Role
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Sales Representative . You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and strengthening client relationships. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Organize and conduct sales visits with existing and potential customers to propel revenue growth. Developing effective strategies aimed at engaging and identifying new business.

Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure exceptional service and account management.

Presenting and pitching exciting business opportunities during fortnightly meetings.

Work closely with the director to create targeted sales and marketing strategies.

Monitor industry trends to identify potential new products in the market.

Negotiate pricing with customers within pre-approved guidelines to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Provide insightful market data, analyze competitors, and craft effective counterstrategies.

Ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business. Educate retailers on effective in-store merchandising and promotional strategies to assist in driving this.
About You
We're seeking a skilled sales professional who has:

At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the sanitary ware or home improvement sector, with a track record of managing customer accounts and expanding market share.

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, an entrepreneurial mindset to navigate market challenges, and a proactive approach to business development.

A solid understanding of competitive pricing models and the ability to manage retailer expectations for stock and delivery.

Excellent relationship-building skills to foster trust and loyalty with customers.

A valid driver's license with a willingness to travel within Melbourne and surrounding areas, and professional personal presentation to confidently represent our brand.
