In the role of a Premier Banker, you will join Althea Aledo and the Premier Banking team that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service to our customers and building trusted relationships with them
• Significant experience in managing client relationships, coupled with Lending experience
• Charisma, drive, ambition and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals
• A passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network
• Exceptional communication skills along with superior stakeholder management experience
• The ability to lead by example and be an exemplary part of a growing team and division

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

• Fluency in Mandarin speaking is highly advantageous given the primary cohort of this customer base.
• Significant experience in managing client relationships, coupled with Lending experience.
