They are now looking for a Junior Sales / Outbound Triage person who wants to become an expert and help customers find quality providers to meet their needs.

• Outbound sales call centre experience is required for this role
• Must have experience working in a call centre and managing a pipeline with proven sales KPI achievements
• Driven to succeed, enjoys a challenge and working to achieve goals
• Self motivated
• Personable, approachable and professional and love helping customers
• Ability to work autonomously and enthusiastically

Tasks & responsibilities

• Call their outbound leads, and qualify the lead and transfer to a senior sales person
• Be able to overcome objections and build value
• Nurture and support clients through their journey
• Build trusted relationships with clients
