Role Description

  • We're seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to join a major ERP transformation project within an asset-focused enterprise.
  • This is a contract role based in Brisbane, QLD, with hybrid work arrangements that allow for a mix of on-site and remote work.
  • We are looking for someone who is experienced in managing projects in SAP data, migration, and reporting, particularly around assets, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily coordination and rollout of ERP programme components, encompassing shifts from outdated systems to advanced SAP environments.
  • Formulate and uphold project schedule among diverse tracks, suppliers, and project stages
  • Vendor management
  • Liaise with fellow SAP project leads.
  • Direct verification activities (unit, system, user acceptance)
  • Lead adaptation strategies in tandem with departmental heads and transformation experts.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in steering SAP ERP rollouts in demanding, resource-limited sectors with heavy infrastructure demands.
  • Experienced in data strategy, migration, and reporting, particularly around assets, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and related areas.
  • Strong command of methodologies for managing SAP projects and solutions.
  • Hands-on involvement in SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects.
  • Superior abilities in guiding teams, conveying ideas, and building relationships within programs
  • Proficiency in juggling intricate deadlines, financial plans, and conflicting demands.
  • Background in coordinating multifaceted groups and overseeing third-party providers.
