We're expanding — and we're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor & Trainer who can bring strong coordination skills, great communication, and the ability to keep people on track.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. You'll spend most of your time coordinating and supporting our teams across Yeppoon and Rockhampton, with monthly day trips to Blackwater as part of regional site reviews.

You'll be home every night — no overnight travel or extended stays required.

You'll be the bridge between the office, our field teams, and our clients — ensuring standards are met, issues are resolved, and our people feel supported to do their best work. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed — leading by example to keep standards high and teams motivated.

In this role you'll:

• Visit sites regularly across Rockhampton, Yeppoon, and the Central Highlands.
• Check standards, spot issues early, and make sure teams follow procedures.
• Coordinate rosters and staffing with the office team.
• Mentor, train, and support new and existing staff in the field.
• Build strong relationships with clients — follow up, check in, and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep leadership informed with clear, consistent reporting.

While cleaning knowledge helps, what matters most is your ability to lead people, organise work, and uphold high standards.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in team coordination, supervision, or field leadership (cleaning, facilities, logistics, or related industry).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A coaching mindset — able to train, guide, and motivate staff to succeed.
• A focus on staff retention, engagement, and accountability.
• Confidence giving feedback and setting clear expectations.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to follow through.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Central Queensland.

We're looking for someone who leads with integrity, keeps people on track, and genuinely cares about helping their team succeed. Cleaning industry experience is welcome — but leadership, consistency, and accountability are essential.

• Full-time position with long-term stability.
• Total package of approximately $65,000 per annum (including superannuation) — paid 5% above the Cleaning Services Award, with an annual review and salary increase based on performance and the value you bring to the role.
