Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with overtime)

Rate: $32.06 per hour + super + overtime

Extras: $20.32 daily meal allowance after 9.6 hours worked

About Us

Based in Ormeau, we're currently seeking multiple Truck Offsiders to join the team in a hands-on role delivering windows and doors to building sites across the Gold Coast and Brisbane metropolitan areas.

This position involves assisting the driver with navigation, loading and unloading products, and supporting safe deliveries. If the products are heavier than a two-person lift, you'll work with the Site Supervisor to arrange extra assistance.

This is a temp-to-perm position offering full-time hours with consistent overtime, leading to permanent employment after a successful 6-month period.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assisting drivers with deliveries of windows and doors to residential construction sites
  • Supporting with heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of products
  • Helping navigate routes and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Communicating with site staff and maintaining professional customer service
  • Following safety procedures on-site and during deliveries

Qualifications & Experience

  • Physically fit with the ability to perform heavy lifting
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual
  • Previous offsider, warehouse, or delivery experience highly regarded
