Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tekla Draftsman located in Central Coast, NSW. The Tekla Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed drawings using Tekla software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting project plans, collaborating with engineers and fabricators, and updating drawings as necessary. The role requires effective communication and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the efficient completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tekla software and drafting
- Ability to work with our production team to assist with editing files and ensuring day-to-day production runs seamlessly.
- Experience interpreting project plans and specifications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineers and fabricators
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work on-site in Central Coast, NSW
- Prior experience in structural metal fabrication is highly desirable
- Relevant certifications or a degree in engineering or a related field is advantageous
