Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Driver – Western Sydney

Links Freight is a family-owned logistics company based in Penrith, Western Sydney, specialising in local and regional transportation of dangerous goods, waste, and general freight. As we continue to grow, we're looking for reliable, professional HR drivers to join our expanding team.


The Role

As an HR Driver with Links Freight, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting multiple local runs within the Sydney metro area
  • Manual loading/unloading (must be physically fit)
  • Following assigned routes and schedules
  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately
  • Carrying out routine vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Working collaboratively with dispatch and maintaining strong customer service

What We're Looking For
  • A current HR licence (minimum)
  • 12+ months of truck driving experience
  • Physically fit and reliable
  • Sound knowledge of road rules and safety regulations
  • Clean driving history
  • National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)
  • Traffic record
  • Neat presentation, good communication skills, and a team-player mindset
  • Willingness to adapt as customer needs evolve

What We Offer
