Jen Bales Fitness is a private women-only studio. We specialise in helping clients build strength, confidence and feel supported in a non-intimidating environment.

The Role

We're looking for a Personal Trainer to deliver 1:1 and small group sessions face-to-face in our private studio. You'll be guiding women through safe, effective training sessions, correcting technique and helping them see what they're capable of.

What you'll do:

  • Coach 1:1 and small group sessions in our fully equipped private gym
  • Guide women through correct technique, progressions and confidence-building training
  • Create a supportive, professional environment where clients feel comfortable and empowered

Who we're looking for:

You have:

  • Cert IV in Fitness (minimum)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • ABN
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance

You are:

  • Passionate about helping women feel strong, confident and supported
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional
