Position Overview:

As a Sheet Metal Fabricator at Block Air Industries, you will play a critical role in the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components for our HVAC systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to a well-established, local company with a focus on precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Operate and maintain fabrication machinery, including presses, shears, and CNC equipment.
  • Measure and cut metal sheets to specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Interpret and follow technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure components meet required standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • No experience is required as all training will be provided.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in sheet metal fabrication are a plus.
