We are an original brick oven, pizza brand focused on delivering fast, consistent, and extremely high-quality products—backed by a great customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hand-stretching dough and working with premium ingredients
  • Managing toppings and operating the Brick pizza oven
  • Maintaining quality and speed during service
  • Assisting with kitchen prep and cleaning
  • Upholding high standards of hygiene and organisation

What We are Looking For

  • A can-do attitude and team-first mindset
  • Ideally 1 year of hospitality or kitchen experience
  • Experience with brick oven or wood-fired ovens preferred (but not essential)
  • Confidence or willingness to learn hand-stretching dough
  • Pride in producing a consistent, top-quality product
