As a Floor Supervisor, you support the management team by driving the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining high visual and operational standards. The Role

  • Managing, motivating, and developing your team in accordance with the company's standards and guidelines

  • Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department

  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department

  • Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times

  • Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience

About You

  • Passionate about leading your team to success

  • Confident and clear communication skills

  • Experience with supervising a team

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team

  • Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
