About The Role
The Senior People Platforms Change Lead is responsible for working with vendors and the Whole of Victoria Government team to understand updates to HR platforms or processes including the HCM platform VicGov People, identifying how these changes impact the DTP instance and effectively managing change requirements. This includes change communications and training across the DTP portfolio, including privileged users
Position Accountabilities
- Change Management –develop and implement effective change strategies and plans to drive the successful adoption of HR system and process updates and enhancements.
- Content Strategy –work with internal stakeholders to develop effective communication materials to support change strategies including the maintenance of WalkMe and intranet content across the DTP portfolio.
- Training –understand training needs and developed clear and concise training materials to deliver targeted training programs to stakeholders across the DTP portfolio.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction - build and maintain strong effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and developed a sound understanding of key stakeholder needs, resulting in effective outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement – deliver innovative and best practice change processes and initiatives to influence and improve the adoption of HR systems and processes.
- Improved Team Capability –contribute to enhancing capability and has supported others in knowledge development
