The Role

As a "Field Service Coordinator" at Nobles, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of in-house service work at our branches. This includes coordinating inspections, repairs, and testing of lifting and rigging equipment. You'll work closely with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure jobs are quoted accurately, scheduled efficiently, and completed to a high standard. Timely processing of work orders, parts usage, and invoicing will also form part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate routine service work including quotes, part sourcing, scheduling, and invoicing.
  • Liaise with technicians, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth job completion.
  • Accurately input inspection results into Nobles' Tech Inspect system.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and promote safety-first culture.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster internal collaboration.

What You'll Need

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Effective time and task management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • High-level written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in using multiple IT systems.
  • Advanced level proficiency in multiple IT systems is required.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Industry experience in service coordination or related fields (advantageous but not essential).
  • Good communication and reporting abilities
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
  • Australian permanent resident status is required for this position.
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma level qualification is required.
