We are currently looking for an experienced, versatile, and reliable HR Delivery Driver to join the team and contribute to growing CT Steel Supplies.

You will be someone who thrives when no one day is the same and enjoys working in both driving and warehouse environments. You will primarily focus on deliveries and pickups and will also have the opportunity to play a key role assisting in the warehouse when required.

Please note this role involves manual labour, including heavy lifting.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering goods in our HR (auto) trucks.
  • Unloading and loading of trucks.
  • Checking off delivery loads and maintaining other associated paperwork.
  • Picking up goods from suppliers.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace is a MUST.
  • Assisting with yard and warehouse duties when required.
  • Complying with all safety procedures and legislations, both on the roads and in the warehouse.

To be eligible for this position you must be punctual, willing to learn, flexible with your day-to-day duties, and must have the following:

  • Current Australian driver's license with a clear record (manual license preferred).
  • HR Truck license.
  • Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently and safely under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
