Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions. Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms. Validate payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards. Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients. Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes. Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. Lead and track project milestones, budgets, and reporting across key workstreams. Collaborate with service lines such as tax and mobility to streamline client services. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in payroll. Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g. SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.). Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
