What you'll need

  • Know the modern MSP toolkit inside out, RMMs, PSAs, automation, and security frameworks.
  • Have experience designing IT solutions that make sense for SMEs, practical, scalable, and secure.
  • Communicate clearly (with clients and your team).
  • Enjoy leading others and setting a clear technical direction.
  • A pragmatic customer service approach.
  • Think like an owner, spotting opportunities, improving systems, and building something lasting.
