The Role:

We're looking for a passionate, fashion-forward individual to join our team full-time. If you love styling, thrive in a team environment, and want to be part of an exciting new retail journey, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. For the right candidate, there will also be the chance to step into a management role as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience.
  • Provide styling advice and share product knowledge with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to showcase the latest trends.
  • Handle stock replenishment, fitting rooms, and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Contribute to building a fun, supportive, and fashion-driven team culture.

About You:

  • Passionate about women's fashion and current trends.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team.
  • Motivated, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Customer-focused with a flair for styling and presentation.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous retail or fashion experience is highly regarded but not essential.
