Position Overview: We are seeking a talented a Microcement Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Microcement, rendering, or decorative coating, and feel comfortable with a trowel in hand. If this isn't you, but feel it's a skill you'd be excited to learn, then we'd be open to taking someone on board with the right attitude. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join an great team and contribute to a dynamic and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply Microcement and other rendering finishes to various surfaces
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Microcement application or similar trades is ideal but not a must
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Willing to learn and advance their trade skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Valid ABN

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
