About the Role:
As our Boilermaker, you'll be involved in the fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of metal structures and components. From interpreting technical drawings to welding and fitting, your craftsmanship will help bring our projects to life.
What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Cut, shape, weld, and join metal components
- Assemble and install metal structures or parts with accuracy and safety
- Perform quality checks on completed work
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment
- Collaborate closely with our small team to meet project deadlines and standards
What We're Looking For:
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Metal Fabricator
- Proven experience in a fabrication or workshop environment
- Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and general metalwork techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude, reliability, and pride in your workmanship
- Forklift, confined space, or working at heights tickets (preferred but not essential)
