About The Role

At Nova Systems, we are looking for multiple people to join a newly established SPO in Adelaide supporting Defence to sustain Australia's most advanced Information, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, the MQ-4C Triton, P8 Poseidon and MC-55A Peregrine.

These roles combine technical depth with client-facing work, where you'll provide advice, solve complex sustainment challenges and help Defence make informed decisions about capability readiness and lifecycle management. You'll work alongside Defence stakeholders, influencing, guiding and delivering outcomes.

Please note:
Candidates must already hold an active or recently suspended AGSVA NV1 security clearance, have aerospace experience, and be Adelaide-based.

What you will be involved in:

• Supporting sustainment activities for MQ-4C Triton, P8 Poseidon and MC-55A Peregrine platforms
• Ensuring operational readiness and long-term sustainment of next-generation airborne ISR capabilities
• Working on mission-critical Defence projects that shape Australia's technological edge
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Driving innovation and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What we would like from you:

• Extensive experience in either Systems Engineering, Logistics or Acquisition or Sustainment activities across Aerospace
• Hold a recently suspended or active AGSVA NV1 security clearance (minimum requirement)
• Previous Aerospace experience is essential
• Strong technical expertise relevant to engineering, capability development, or integrated logistics
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex project environments
• Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, System Program Office (CASG SPO) experience is highly desirable
