About the role:
With our new contract in Sydney Metro region, we're building a bigger, stronger team to support the young people aged 11-18 in Out of Home Care. These are
permanent part-time roles
on a 24/7 rotating roster (including sleepovers and awake shifts), with rosters provided two weeks in advance.

Locations include:

  • Thornleigh
  • West Pymble
  • Artarmon
  • Roseville

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or willingness to enrol).
  • Experience supporting young people with trauma, disabilities, or complex needs.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.
  • Strong boundaries, resilience, and a heart for service.
  • NSW Driver's Licence and own car is a must for this role.
