With thousands of satisfied customers and a growing reputation, we're expanding our team and looking for a skilled Caravan Workshop Technician to handle service and warranty repairs.

About the Role

As a Caravan Workshop Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and support. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing caravans, particularly handling warranty claims and after-sales support. This role is perfect for a hands-on technician with mechanical, electrical, and general repair skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform caravan servicing, repairs, and maintenance

Handle warranty repairs and troubleshooting

Diagnose and fix electrical (12V & 240V), plumbing, and mechanical issues

Install and replace caravan components, appliances, and accessories

Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality control checks

Work with customers to assess and resolve issues efficiently

Complete repair documentation and warranty reports

Maintain a clean and organized workshop

Skills & Experience Required

Experience in caravan, automotive, or RV repairs preferred

Knowledge of 12V & 240V electrical systems, plumbing, and general mechanics

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to diagnose and repair warranty-related issues

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Valid Australian Driver's License (towing experience is a plus)

Current Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
