About the Role

Swinburne's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) is accelerating its transformation agenda, and we're looking for a confident, future-focused Governance and Assurance Manager to play a key role in delivering the university's most strategically important initiatives.

In this influential role, you'll help shape how Swinburne invests in and delivers its major projects and programs. About You

You will bring:

•    Deep experience designing and managing governance and assurance frameworks within complex portfolio environments.

•    Strong capability in risk management, compliance, portfolio reporting and performance analysis.

•    A track record of supporting enterprise governance forums and shaping executive-level insights.

•    Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.

•    Initiative, resilience and a solution-focused mindset, with the ability to thrive in rapidly evolving contexts.

•    The confidence to work autonomously while contributing positively to a high-performing team.

For more information please refer to the job description.

Qualifications

•    A postgraduate degree level qualification in a relevant discipline with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

•    Relevant Project Management or Governance qualifications.
