Your role

We currently have multiple casual, fixed-term or part-time opportunities available within our Customer Experience department covering a range administrative functions including Customer Liaison, Intake Processing and Scheduling. Ideally working approximately 30 hours per week, for at least a 6-month period with possible extensions available.

These positions can be located at any of our bases across the Perth metro area and also Bunbury.

Duties will include the following, dependant on your experience and skill set:

  • Managing incoming applications for services.
  • Completing intake calls to understand the service needs customers have applied for.
  • Discussing funding, services, service agreements, and terms of service with customers.
  • Offering services and adding customers to our waitlist where required.
  • Renewing or amending customer agreements in line with changes to their needs or funding.
  • Finalising customer services and managing their exit from services when applicable.
  • Supporting with front desk/reception coverage to ensure customers are greeted with a warm welcome.
  • Plan, organise and schedule appointments between customers and clinicians.
  • Utilise customised scheduling software and your superior analytical skills to set up, modify and maintain the scheduling of appointments for clinical teams.
  • Work as part of the larger scheduling function to ensure scheduling for the entire business is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Provide assistance with caseload planning as required

What makes you the right candidate?

  • Previous experience working within the Allied Health sector ideally in customer liaison, intake processing and/or scheduling.
  • A solid understanding of the NDIS, including funding and service.
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations to understand customer needs.
  • The ability to support customers throughout their service journey, ensuring a positive and consistent experience from initial contact through to service delivery.
  • A passion for helping and supporting people.
  • Be a customer-centric Individual focusing on delivering extraordinary service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritisation tasks.
  • A sense of responsibility and ownership of your role and responsibilities.
  • High attention to detail.
