Sambanis Family Law is a specialist family law firm located in Newstead, Brisbane. We have been providing high quality legal services for over thirteen years. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Associate to join our Family Law team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU

  • Four + years experience in family law, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with court procedures and processes in the family law jurisdiction.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of family law matters, including divorce, complex property settlements and parenting matters.
  • Preparing and filing court documents, including applications, affidavits, and submissions.
  • Negotiating complex property settlements and parenting matters and representing clients in court proceedings.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
  • Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with changes in family law.
