Description:

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Combination (MC) Driver to join our Mackay team. Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and reliable delivery of fuel to a range of customers across the region.

Roster: 5 days / 5 nights / 5 off

What You Will Do

Safely load, transport and deliver fuel to retail, commercial, agricultural and industrial sites

Complete pre-loading for scheduled deliveries

Conduct daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment

Manage fatigue and maintain accurate logbook records

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers

Follow all safety, compliance and operational requirements

Work within set timeframes and follow delivery instructions

What You Will Bring

  • A valid MC Licence with proven experience operating MC vehicles
  • Fuel transport experience highly regarded, but not essential
  • A commitment to safety, reliability, and great customer service
  • Clean driving record and sound knowledge of transport compliance
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude

Lowes can assist suitable applicants to obtain the following:

  • Dangerous Goods Licence (advantageous)
  • Safe Load Program (SLP) Accreditation
  • Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) Statement of Attainment
  • Commercial Driver Medical Fitness certification
