About the opportunity:

Our state of the art meat processing facility is seeking qualified and experienced butchers and skilled knifehands to join the production team.

Working closely with the Section Supervisors, you will be preparing meat products (mainly beef, lamb, poultry and pork products) by cutting and trimming products to fulfil orders to be delivered to our Drakes Supermarkets stores.

Skills and experience required for the role:

  • Certificate III or above in Meat Processing
  • Demonstrated experience in cutting high volumes of meat
  • The ability to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
