Are you a dependable Second Class Sheety with experience in HVAC and ducting installations? Hays is working with leading mechanical contractors across Sydney who are delivering large-scale commercial fit out projects

Your new role

You'll be supporting HVAC and ducting teams with:

  • Installation of pre-fabricated ductwork and ventilation systems
  • Assisting First Class Sheeties with layout, positioning, and fixing of components
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Reading basic plans and following site instructions
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in HVAC or ducting installation on commercial sites
  • White Card and full PPE
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Own transport is highly desirable
