Do you want to be a part of a passionate and supportive team?

We're seeking a Junior Roster Clerk to support the Roster Coordinator in ensuring the effective and efficient deployment of staff across our programs and locations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining service delivery and workforce coordination across the New England and Mid North Coast regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of compliant and efficient staff rosters.
  • Work with House Managers and Coordinators to meet service needs and staffing demands.
  • Manage staff availability, leave coordination, and ensure timely communication of rosters.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit actual attendance vs rostered shifts.
  • Promote staff satisfaction through effective scheduling and support.

What We're Looking For

  • Up to 2 years of rostering experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Understanding of the SCHADS Award and WH&S responsibilities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and positive change.

Essential Requirements

  • Current NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Current First Aid Certificate
