Your new opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Transformation Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Head of Support and administration team to coordinate projects, map and improve processes, and help embed change across our business operations.

You'll play a key role in driving efficiency, structure, and clarity - helping the business scale sustainably while delivering the best possible outcomes for our people and clients.

What you'll do
  • Coordinate business improvement projects, tracking milestones and maintaining documentation
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
  • Map and review end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create and maintain clear and practical procedure manuals and project documentation
  • Partner with leaders and teams across the business to understand requirements and deliver outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and reduce inefficiencies
  • Support the coordination and governance of the Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Assist with reporting, planning, and insight generation
What you'll bring

  • Strong skills in process mapping and continuous improvement
  • Excellent documentation, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-driven approach
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and supporting others through change
  • Knowledge of accounting or financial services (advantageous)
