2 X
Maintenance Supervisors
to support their newly awarded Rehab & Crushing projects in Central Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic mining environment and is ready to guide a small, high-performing crew.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will oversee all maintenance activities for both mobile plant and fixed plant equipment. You'll lead a small team of trades to deliver safe, efficient and reliable maintenance outcomes on a 7/7 Dayshift Only roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and coordinate a small crew of trades on site
  • Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance for mobile and fixed plant
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and site standards
  • Assist with scheduling, work allocation and daily reporting
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster a positive safety culture and strong team performance

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in mining
  • Strong background in mobile plant and fixed plant maintenance
  • Relevant Mechanical/Diesel trade qualification
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work
  • Candidates with a current Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 and S123 & G2
