About the Role

As a Prep Hand at Sana, you'll be responsible for preparing and organising ingredients to support multiple venues. You'll focus on prep, portioning and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This is an evening role that keeps our operations running efficiently and sets the kitchen up for success each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, portion and label ingredients accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
  • Follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Support the daily prep requirements of multiple venues
  • Work with the team to manage stock levels and rotation
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all products
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and machinery safely and correctly

About You

  • Prep hand experience is a must
  • Experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Experience using kitchen equipment and machinery
  • Strong prep skills with attention to detail
  • Clear communication and ability to follow systems
  • Reliable, efficient and calm under pressure
  • Understanding of food safety and handling procedures
  • Right to work in Australia

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 9 PM
