This comprehensive role description outlines the responsibilities and requirements for the National Manager position within the Home & Easy Living business at Allianz Partners Australia.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage complex provider networks, ensure compliance, and drive strategic initiatives to support the growth of the Home & Easy Living business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to navigate high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Provider Management:
- Ownership of the national CRM platform for provider management.
- Oversee trade and supplier networks, ensuring compliance and governance.
- Monitor provider relationships to ensure service delivery meets KPIs.
- Ensure financial and contractual compliance.
Customer Service Focus:
- Ensure providers meet Allianz KPIs for timeframes and quality.
- Vendor Integrity screening and contract management via Salesforce.
- Manage stock supply and compliance with ISO frameworks.
- Initiate strategic projects for process improvement and cost efficiency.
- Foster positive client experiences and stakeholder relationships.
Risk Mitigation:
- Implement processes to mitigate risks in complex customer cases.
- Manage WH&S requirements for contractors and providers.
Team Management:
- Maintain a customer-focused team and ensure operational efficiency.
- Support sales and relationship management efforts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
Profile Key Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in management or relevant field.
- 5+ years in leadership within People Care or Assistance environments.
- Experience in project management and home modification.
- Ability to manage budgets and improve financial outcomes.
