Job DescriptionReady to sweep guests off their feet and make every stay sparkle? Join the team at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort as our Lead Housekeeper and help us keep our piece of paradise pristine
- Make "spotless" your superpower: Ensure our accommodation and public spaces shine, making every guest's stay picture-perfect.
- Lead with pride: Support the Housekeeping Manager by guiding and inspiring your housekeeping crew.
- Enjoy a supportive, fun team: Work where your attention to detail and passion for hospitality are celebrated every day.
What you will do:
- Obtain and action daily housekeeping report: No dusty corner escapes your notice
- Service guest accommodation and public areas to the highest standards.
- Oversee laundry operations—washing, drying, folding, and keeping our linen closet looking shipshape.
- Coordinate with reception, return completed reports, and keep the team in the loop.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager with training, inventory, and department meetings.
- Ensure compliance with WHS and lost property procedures—safety and honesty are always in style.
- Lead room inspections and regular staff training—because even the best can get better
What you will bring:
- Resort or hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage, with a knack for leading teams
- A passion for guest service and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to motivate a team and keep the positive vibes flowing
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- A sense of humour because every day is an adventure at Treasure Island
