Experienced Server – Upscale Dining

We're Hiring – Experienced Server (Casual)

Location: Kiama, NSW

Hours: 10–18 hours per week

Are you a friendly, reliable, and experienced server looking for a few shifts a week in a busy, community-focused venue? We're a small bar and restaurant in beautiful Kiama Finalists for Australian Regional Bar of the Year and NSW Sommeliers Award - and we're on the lookout for someone who knows their way around great service and enjoys creating a memorable experience for locals and visitors alike.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2 years of hospitality or table service experience in a similar venue required
• Personality: Friendly, professional, and a good team player
• Availability: Flexible across evenings and weekends and holidays
• Essential: RSA certification
• Bonus: Wine knowledge preferred

What You'll Be Doing:

• Guiding guests through the menu, confidently taking orders and delivering food and beverages
• Offering great customer service with attention to detail
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu
• Confidently suggest wine pairings, aperitifs, digestifs, and specialty cocktails
• Helping keep the venue clean and running smoothly
• Working closely with a small, supportive team

Pay: $24.95 – $45.24 per hour
