Associate Dentist (Part-Time to Full-Time) - High-Tech Family Clinic

Najmi Dental is a thriving, high-tech, family-owned dental clinic located within Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre. Due to our Principal Dentist's fully booked schedule and exceptional patient demand, we are expanding our close-knit team.

We are a 2-chair practice looking for an Associate Dentist to join us. This is an initial part-time position with a clear and rapid path to full-time hours for the right candidate.

Required Days: Flexible

Preferred Days: Thursday late nights + Saturdays

About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a long-term addition to our family team. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Clinically Confident: Minimum 5+ years' experience with demonstrated confidence across all aspects of general dentistry.
  • Team-Oriented & Respectful: You must have a proven ability to work collaboratively and treat all team members, including DAs and reception, with respect. We pride ourselves on our positive and supportive culture, and the right candidate will be committed to fostering this environment.
  • Confident with Treatment Planning: You must be skilled at performing comprehensive examinations, formulating full treatment plans, and clearly communicating the value of high-quality care to patients.
  • Personable: You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
  • Highly Desirable Skills: Experience in orthodontics (aligners) and/or implants is a significant advantage.
  • Fully Registered: You must have a current AHPRA registration, dental indemnity, and full working rights in Australia.
