The Position:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Success this position will see you join a global team, supporting the Safety product portfolio, focused on enhancing customer loyalty and fostering long-term relationships. A critical member of the global team, your focus will see you partner to develop, align and champion global principles into your region whilst be agile to local region requirements.

Your will partner with a multi-functional stakeholder group representing the voice of the customer to support continued growth, optimisation and innovation with Hexagon's portfolio for our customer needs. In addition, you will also;

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Hexagon Technologies.
  • Working alongside regional AMs/BDMs to support them during the pre/post-sales process by defining & scoping technology solutions for mining customers.
  • Ensure trials and deployment plans contain methods to quantitatively measure adoption and value for the customers
  • Contribute to building long term sustainable relationships with our customers.
  • Work with customers to generate success stories/case studies which quantify business outcomes and value.

As part of a globally distributed team, this role requires a high level of autonomy and self-direction. You'll be empowered to make decisions, manage priorities, and drive initiatives independently while collaborating across time zones and cultures

About You
Ideally, we are seeking senior Safety Professionals who have built their career in mining production or consulting with hands on exposure to Mining operational technology from deployment through to operational output. This is a great opportunity for those who have a depth of variety in their field of safety/HSE in mining technology, ready to take their career into a consultative, strategic and advisory capacity.

Knowledge And Experience - Required

  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in mining, technology, or related areas of business
  • Background in Safety/HSE within a mining production environment,
  • Subject Matter Expert in mining safety programs and safety technology applications and adoption requirements for mining customers
  • Good breadth of knowledge of safety within Mining OT and its role in the future of the sectors

Knowledge And Experience - Desired

  • Consultancy/advisory experience in a customer-facing role
  • Prior experience with product commercialization and partnering with product teams
  • Ability to build cohesive relationships across multi level stakeholder internal and external
  • Demonstrates solid business and commercial insight
  • Proven ability to working in global and dynamic environments, navigating complex environments

Travel

  • Considerable regional and international travel required to fulfil this role.

Language

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Spanish or other second language would be favorable
