What's the role?

As a Bank Guarantee Specialist, you'll join a growing team in Sydney that's building a centre of knowledge around Bank Guarantees and Term Deposits. You'll be the first point of contact for new-to-bank and existing business customers, helping them get started and stay supported. Whether it's over the phone or online, you'll guide them through every step—from general enquiries to issuing guarantees. Full-time, Monday to Friday, hybrid work setup.

What do I need?

  • You know your stuff when it comes to Bank Guarantees and Term Deposits—eligibility, fees, rates, and security.
  • You've worked in banking before (bonus points if you've been in a branch).
  • You're confident using systems like One Click, RB, SOL, and Equifax.
  • You've got a sharp eye for detail and thrive in fast-moving environments.
  • You're customer-obsessed and love solving complex problems with a calm, clear approach.
    RG146 accreditation is beneficial to the role.
