About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BOQ Take-Off Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on high-rise residential apartments, high-rise commercial developments, and large-scale industrial projects (including warehouses with integrated office spaces).

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) take-offs across a wide range of architectural products. The role requires strong ability to read, interpret, and extract quantities from architectural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and analyse architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Accurately perform BOQ take-offs for a broad range of architectural elements typically found in:

  • High-rise residential and commercial buildings

  • Large-scale industrial sheds with office fit-outs

  • Identify, categorise, and quantify architectural products such as (but not limited to):

  • Sanitary ware

  • Bollards
  • Carpark wheel stops
  • Fencing
  • Architectural building features
  • Flooring
  • Steel reinforcement

  • Maintain organized take-off records aligned with project documentation and drawing revisions

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in preparing BOQ take-offs for large-scale architectural and/or industrial projects
  • Strong ability to interpret architectural documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules
  • Familiarity with a variety of architectural products and how they are applied in different project types
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in quantification
  • Proficiency with take-off software and digital measurement tools is advantageous
  • Degree or certification in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
