About the Applicant:

We're looking for an experienced Hospitality team member that's looking to join our team in a full time, salaried position. Providing service to our customers and supervising our trading in the absence of the Hotel Manager and Assistant Manager.

The Pretoria has an excellent range of successful departments so ideally an applicant with prior experience in a busy casual dining, bar, functions and entertainment environment is desirable. Any additional experience in TAB/Keno/Gaming operations will be an advantage but is not essential.
